Welcome to Madhuvan Hostels. By accessing our website, booking a room, or residing in our premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Admissions

• Rooms are allotted subject to availability and the discretion of the management.
• The online booking advance fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Admission is strictly granted to female students/working professionals after thorough verification of identity documents (Aadhar Card, College/Company ID).
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission without providing a reason.

2. Code of Conduct

• Residents must strictly adhere to the hostel timings. Late entry requires prior written permission from continuous guardians and management approval.
• Visitors (including male relatives) are strictly prohibited inside the residential blocks and rooms. Authorized visitors may meet residents in the designated visitor lounge during visiting hours only.
• Consumption, possession, or distribution of alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.
• Residents are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables. The hostel management will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
• Any damage to hostel property (furniture, electronics, fixtures) will be fined and deducted from the security deposit.

3. Fees and Payments

Monthly rent must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month. Late payments will incur a nominal daily fine. The security deposit will only be refunded upon vacating the room, provided all dues are cleared and no property damage has occurred. A minimum notice period of 30 days is required before vacating.

4. Food and Mess

Meals are served only during designated timings in the dining hall. Wasting food is discouraged. Residents are not allowed to take mess utensils to their rooms. Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons.

5. Revisions

Madhuvan Hostels reserves the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply immediately.
